Hebrews 12:1 -Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.

The Legend
Aug.6th I will be traveling just north of Lansing,MI to engage in "The Legend" 13.1 mile trail run. The trail runs around several lakes and woods with great scenic views. This will be my first trail run of 2011 with many more to come!
