
IT Band syndrome. I have it. And not a great time to be experiancing it. This past weekend as I was half way through my long run I had to quit because the pain on the outside of my right knee was unbearable. After researching I know that my IT Band is the problem. Now I need to take time off and pray that it will heal by May 10 so I can run the Riverbank. I just ordered an IT Band strap that will wrap around above my knee which they say should help. This injury is common with running longer distances. No pain no gain?
